The blade is forged out of 125sc carbon steel with stainless steel bubbles on the sides.. It has convex geometry and tapers at the spine from 3,7mm (near the handle), 1,9mm (middle), 1mm (3cm from the tip).
* The black coating is not indestructible, it will wipe off after some time (specially after contact with acidic products) and it will be replaced with patina. Stainless steel dots will always stay bright (there is always a contrast between them).
